Typically, you may receive your order in 2 to 3 business days. This means you should expect orders made on a Friday afternoon to be ready on the following Wednesday. However, we present the option of “Express Delivery” allowing you to receive your order the same day you placed it, providing you purchase your signs BEFORE 12 PM and the delivery address is in the ACT or in Queanbeyan.

Beside Queanbeyan, no, your orders can only be delivered within the ACT and Queanbeyan areas. Orders that demand shipping outside of these areas will require a quote from us at AdPrint Digital.
After selecting the Customer Pick Up option, you can acquire your order by going to AdPrint Digital at Unit 3/59 Tennant Street, Fyshwick ACT 2609. We are open from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
It is not necessary to sign-up to the shopping portal for your signs. You can always check out as a guest once your order is made.
Signing up to the ACTCS portal allows you to save your order history to reorder signs effortlessly. You’ll have the option of saving address books for quick and easy orders. And you’ll have priority pick-up or delivery to the construction site or office.

Yes, our signs follow the Australian Standard AS 1319-1994 “Safety Signs for the Occupational Environment.”
The online portal allows you to write customise texts and import your company logo while the adhering to the Australian Standards.
There are no limits to how many signs you can order. However, when your order reaches a certain threshold, the price total will instead display “Requires Quote”, where our team will get into contact with you for the specifics of your order.
Similar to the previous question, orders that aren’t part of the items in the portal will require you to contact our team and receive a quote.
We have the ability to provide computer cut lettering to stick to additional sign panels if required. Please contact our team to discuss further.
Our team is passionate about the quality of our signs & if you don’t love them as much as we do, we will be more than happy to refund the cost of the signs upon returning them back to our office. Excluding freight charges.
Yes, as you may sign-up to ACTCS for free, people from the same organisation can have their own logins.
No, this is an initiative or AdPrint Digital.
ACTCS is a public portal, where we allow you to have your own sign-in details. However, AdPrint Digital can setup online shopping portals for specific companies and organisations that allows you to make quick order of prints from our printshop. Contact us for more.
Yes, we provide installation services, although, this will require for us to discuss with you the details of your order through a quotation.
Signs and artwork you’ve designed can be uploaded to our custom signs section of the online portal only in the 3 sizes and 4 materials. However, if you’re looking to design signs with varying materials and sizes, you can contact us and we’ll discuss the details of your order.
When you get transferred to our online shop, you can type the specific name of the sign that you are looking for. If it is not there, you can customise your own sign, write up or/and upload your own artwork, or contact us for any other specifics.
If you’d like certain protective finishes on your signs, you can contact our team for a quote on these signs.
